RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT

The books and booklets can be sent to a different address from that of the buyer. In that case, just specify the postal information and the recipient’s name in the “Other information” field.
If you entrust the receipt of your order to a third person (doorman, receptionist, neighbour, etc.), they will receive the shipment on your behalf and on own account. In this case, we cannot be held responsible for the treatment that person will give to the package.

RETURN

If you wish to return the product after its receipt, in accordance with current legislation, you can request this within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days starting from receipt of the order. In this case, the return shipping and receipt costs will be borne by and be the responsibility of the customer.
Before making the said return, you must contact us within the indicated period through the email address info@secretsinthebible.com and we will indicate how to proceed. No refund will be made on a return that has not been previously communicated. The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order and the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made by the customer.
For your return to be accepted, the book and its packaging must be in perfect condition, that is, it must not have been opened.
If you wish to exchange the returned item for another book, the costs of the return and new shipment will not be assumed by Bruno Lernout.
If the reason for the return is that the book sent does not correspond to the order or that it is defective, we will send you a new book once we receive the one that you return. If the book received is defective, the change will always be made for the same book that was requested and you will be billed only for the first shipment, making us responsible for the cost of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment.

DELAY OR FAILURE IN DELIVERY

In case of delay in delivery, we would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can determine the reason for the delay and respond appropriately. To do this, do not hesitate to contact us through the email info@secretsinthebible.com.
If your package is sent through the Post Office and is not received because the delivery address was wrongly entered in the purchase form, the responsibility for the failure of delivery will be assumed by the buyer. If mail delivery returns the package to the sender, we can send it again; in this case, the buyer must bear the cost of shipping. If mail delivery does not return the package to the sender, we will not refund the purchase, as it is due to an error of the buyer.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Despite all of our guarantees regarding stock reserves, an item may be out of stock between the time of order and shipment.
If it is impossible to fully or partially complete the order, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the new situation and you can decide whether to wait for the order to be available or if you want to be reimbursed for the amount of the products ordered and not delivered.
